As a holistic leadership coach I work with individuals and groups in all fields of business.
- Individual coaching is intended for a personalised approach and work on perceived opportunities or challenges of an individual.
- Group coaching enables collective work on the opportunities and challenges at hand. It contains an element of content input and leverages the insights and wisdom of the group.
For various business topics like setting up for strategic change, creating a compelling vision, setting course, developing action plans and establishing accountability it is beneficial to combine both, however, powerful results can be generated with either.
I use fused practices to achieve the desired result. This includes the use of
- various body practices from controlled breathing to movement,
- cognitive practices like introspection and reflection,
- sensing practices that tap into emotion and feeling,
- and spiritual practices like meditation, shadow and energy work.
My work addresses every person as a whole and this way people I work with are able to make personal transformation that builds a foundation for more certain and faster goal achievement, greater wellbeing, and bigger impact on others.

Who am I?
Dsigned.life was born to help people reconnect to their potential, so that they can not only experience and apply excellence in their life through holistic coaching, but also make an impact on others to do the same.

Some years ago I was assisting at a week-long leadership training for the mid-level managers of a large successful international company. I remember sitting at the back of the room watching the facilitators do their work. As a young professional I was in awe with their wisdom, style and ability to hold the space for deep learning. I decided there and then that I want to work with people and help them be as excellent they are designed to be.
It took a number of years of work and studies to build my competence and confidence to step into service of others. This path led me to do my MBA in leadership, become an NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) practitioner, certify to train and deliver “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” by Stephen R. Covey, and other programs by FranklinCovey, and to complete a business coaching qualification. I have also attended in many personal and spiritual development, energy and shadow work trainings, educated myself on naturopathic medicine and done extensive work with my own character, traumas, mindset and spirituality.
I have built up experise in people and leadership development, and experience and competence in various fields from people strategy to process creation to performance management to training and development. The organisations that I’ve worked with have been a from a diverse range of industries from insurance to energy, production to professional services.
During these years I have worked with many organisations and leaders and learnt, what works and what not. I have learnt empirically that to change things you need to change the way you see things, and I can guide others to desired change in the same way. I love working with leaders and business owners, because they have a huge impact not only on their people, but on the society as a whole. By helping them strengthen their leadership and make a wider positive impact, I can help make the world a better place.
I guide highly capable and able leaders to utilising their full potential, wisdom and experience, so that they achieve their business ambitions with ease. I consult on goal clarity, strategy creation and execution, systems and processes, team building and leadership.
